Supplier price: €1,000 → Buyer fee: €25 (2.5%) → Buyer pays: €1,025. Supplier fee: €25 (2.5%) → Supplier net: €975.
Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?
You transfer funds directly to the supplier's bank account. The payment instructions — account and reference — are frozen when the settlement opens, so they cannot change under you. You report the payment, the supplier reports receiving it, and the settlement closes when both reports agree.
What happens if someone goes silent?
Nothing is decided for you. Every step has a deadline — dispatching, paying, confirming receipt — and once one passes, the waiting side can open a dispute. Silence is never read as agreement, and no order is cancelled automatically.
What currencies do you accept?
Currently, all transactions are in EUR (€). We're adding support for USD and other currencies soon.
How much does it cost for suppliers?
Nothing to join, list or respond to RFQs. You pay a platform commission (1.5–2.5%) only when you sell, and it is added on top of your own price rather than taken out of it.
How do I get verified as a supplier?
After registration, our team reviews your company information. Once approved, you'll see a "Verified" badge on your listings. This usually takes 1–2 business days.
Can I negotiate prices?
Yes. Spot lots carry the supplier's asking price, but terms are confirmed by both parties before anything is binding — either side can propose a new version. You can also post a Request for Quote with your requirements and let suppliers compete.
What if something goes wrong?
Either party can open a dispute at any time, for any reason — not only the ones we anticipate. An open dispute keeps the settlement from closing until it is resolved and the outcome applied.
Are ingredients verified?
Our catalog includes 1,200+ ingredients with CAS numbers, INCI names, and EU regulatory status. Suppliers can only offer ingredients from it — a new one enters only after review, never as free text.
